I’d highly recommend this place. Friendly, knowledgable staff. They were willing to let me take my time and gave me options. Looks like it’s being remodeled and that will be a great addition. Convenient location as well.

Always great service.

I’d highly recommend this place. I had my idle air controller fixed here, serpentine belt replaced, and an oil change. They were very transparent with the costs and talk me through different options to fix my IAC. Prices were very fair. Fixed my squeaky belt for free later on.

On 4-19-16 took my car to have front end aliment done for 50 dollars, they said my frame was pushed in 3/8 of inch at 326 dollars, they would have to stretch the frame.I took to another place and had a 4 wheel aliment done for 109 dollars, nothing wrong with the frame...🤔

Hi Al, Most shops don't have the equipment to measure frames and do repairs like we do. Some shops will perform an alignment and if the vehicle cannot be brought into spec they will just tell you that's as good as it gets. We like to give our customers the information and options, because a vehicle that is not aligned properly will most likely wear the tires unevenly, and could even be a safety issue. That being said we would be happy to review the alignment print out for the other shop to see if there are any outstanding concerns.

I brought in my Scion Tc last Wednesday, not knowing exactly what was wrong just knew I was losing control of my steering. Was given grief for trying to make an appointment and was told that that was not necessary and that I could just drop it off. Upon arrival I was told that they couldnt "guarantee" when my car would be inspected (which could have been avoided if they would have just let me make an appointment) and it sat in their lot for over 24 hours before they even inspected my car. After they did finally get the inspection done (2 phone calls later) they told me I had to replace my tie rod assembly, replace a bent tie rod arm, "possible" damage to my ball joint and needed a frame pull. They then told me that I should contact my insurance and make a claim seeing as it was going to cost me $1543 to fix my car and my deductible is only $500, and so I did. Mind you this is all done claim made and adjuster set to come and look at my car that Monday.. Oh and also they are closed on the weekends even more time right, but whatever life goes on.. Cut to Monday, adjuster comes out gives them the ok and cuts them a check for the work and I am told that they have to wait for parts and so on, so it will take an extra day or two.. It is now Wednesday night I called this morning and was told that my car is in progress and that it will not realistically be done by Thursday!!! My car has been sitting in their shop for over a week now and am not being told when my car will be done. When I call and talk to Bill he tells me that they will still need to make sure there is not any extra damage done (extra $ in their pocket) after the car has been fixed and am worried that they are taking their sweet time just to get the extra cash.. I will never bring my car back to this shop again and was told to call the BBB if my car is not done by Friday..
